Shandong Befar Group Dongrui Chemical Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned manufacturer of chloride solvents. The company is located at No. 858 Huanghe Fifth Road, Bincheng District, Binzhou City. It was established in March 2007 and officially put into operation in January 2009, with a registered capital of 1.5 billion yuan. It is a fine chemical enterprise based on chlor alkali chemical industry and constructed according to the concept of “circular economy, energy conservation and emission reduction, and green chemical industry”. The Dongrui Chemical Project with a total investment of 1.8 billion yuan is a comprehensive aggregation of Binhua’s new technologies, processes, equipment, and products during the 11th Five Year Plan period. The main equipment includes 240000 tons/year ion exchange membrane caustic soda unit, 80000 tons/year epoxy propane unit, 100000 tons/year granular caustic soda unit, 120000 tons/year caustic soda evaporation unit and 100000 tons/year flake caustic soda unit, 80000 tons/year methylene chloride unit, 80000 tons/year trichloromethane unit, 80000 tons/year trichloroethylene unit, 80000 tons/year perchloroethylene unit, and 160 million pieces/year brick making unit.
